This report presents 2015 ex post and 2016-2026 ex ante load impact estimates for Pacific Gas & Electric Company’s (PG&E) residential time-based pricing tariffs. Ex-post impacts are provided for PG&E’s residential critical peak pricing program, SmartRate, and PG&E’s residential time-of-use (TOU) rates E-6 and E-7. Ex-ante impacts are provided for SmartRate, E-6, and PG&E’s two new TOU rates, E-TOU-A and E-TOU-B. Approximately 134,000 SmartRate customers were enrolled on the last event day of 2015.
