Ellie has more than 20 years of HR experience in a variety of industries–insurance and financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing, staffing, and consulting. She is a strategic and tactical HR professional with experience spanning the HR lifecycle. She is recognized as a passionate and collaborative leader with the ability to assess and resolve a wide range of HR issues and situations. Ellie is a skilled project and change manager who aligns people, processes, and programs with business objectives and strategy. She is a strong relationship builder and communicator with expertise in leader and employee consulting, coaching, and group facilitation. At CA Energy Consulting she utilizes these skills to support recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, performance management, leadership development, payroll and benefits administration, and planning company events.
Outside of work, Ellie enjoys watching her daughter play soccer, cheering on the Badgers and Packers, preserving memories through photography and digital scrapbooking, and traveling with her family.
